LABORATIYA SHAROITIDA SHO‘R MUHITDA SHOLI NAV NAMUNALARINI VA SELEKSION ASHYOLARNI UNIB CHIQISHINI VA QURUQ MASSASINI O‘RGANISH

Ushbu tadqiqot ishida 18 ta sholi navlari germplazma namunalaridan foydalanilib, ularning sho‘rlanishga chidamliligi laboratoriya sharoitida baholandi. Tajribada urug‘lar ikki qatlamli filtr qog‘ozi joylashtirilgan Petri idishlariga qo‘yilib, 0; 0,5; 1 va 1,5% NaCl eritmalaridan 10 ml miqdorda qo‘shildi. Nazorat variantida filtr qog‘ozi 10 ml distillangan suv bilan namlandi. Urug‘lar 30°C haroratda maxsus o‘stirish kamerasida inkubatsiya qilindi hamda NaCl konsentratsiyasini barqaror saqlash maqsadida eritmalar har kuni yangilanib turildi. Urug‘larning unib chiqish dinamikasi 4–10 kun oralig‘ida muntazam kuzatildi. Olingan natijalar asosida TSHD-22-13-2-1-1-1, TSHD-20-13-1-3-1-1, Tarona va C-113 navlari sho‘r stressi sharoitida yuqori chidamlilik ko‘rsatdi. Mazkur navlarda Salt Tolerance Index (STI) ko‘rsatkichlarining yuqori qiymatlari qayd etilib, ularning sho‘rlanish sharoitida genetik barqarorligi va seleksiya jarayonida istiqbolli manba sifatida foydalanish imkoniyati mavjudligi aniqlandi.
