Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda raqamli texnologiyalarni fragmentar joriy etish boshqaruv samaradorligining kutilgan darajada oshmasligiga olib kelayotgani asoslab berilgan. Muallif tomonidan boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishga yo‘naltirilgan integratsiyalashgan raqamli mexanizmlar modeli taklif etilgan. Model raqamli axborot muhiti, raqamli texnologiyalar, qaror qabul qilish jarayonlari va boshqaruv natijalari o‘rtasidagi uzviy bog‘liqlikni ifodalaydi. Shuningdek, model samaradorligini baholash uchun ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi ishlab chiqilgan.
