Ushbu maqola malaka oshirish tizimida raqamli texnologiyalardan samarali foydalanish modellarini takomillashtirish masalalarini global va milliy kontekstlarda tahlil qiladi. Raqamli ta’lim platformalari, onlayn kurslar va raqamli pedagogik vositalarning malaka oshirish samaradorligiga ta’siri, shuningdek AQSh, Evropa Ittifoqi, Xitoy, Janubiy Koreya va O‘zbekiston sharoitidagi malaka oshirish kurslari soni, sifati hamda qatnashuv statistikasi muqoyasa qilinadi. Maqolada innovatsion modellar, xorijiy tajribalar va O‘zbekistonda raqamli loyihalarning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy samarasi yoritiladi.
