Maqolada tarix fanini o‘qitish jarayonining tarixiy rivojlanishi, raqamlashtirish sharoitida qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy metodlar va tanqidiy tafakkurni rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimida raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish tajribasi, o‘qituvchilarning raqamli kompetensiyasi va o‘quvchilarning tanqidiy fikrlash darajasi o‘rganilgan. Eksperimental natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli vositalardan (LMS, Kahoot, Miro, Google Classroom) foydalangan darslar o‘quvchilarning tarixiy tafakkuri va tahliliy fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini sezilarli darajada oshiradi.
