Abstract

Maktabgacha yosh davri bolalarning shaxs sifatida shakllanishida muhim bosqich hisoblanadi. Ushbu davrda o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish, ya’ni self-regulation ko‘nikmalarining rivojlanishi bolalarning emotsional barqarorligi, ijtimoiy moslashuvi va keyingi ta’lim bosqichlaridagi muvaffaqiyati uchun asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish ko‘nikmalarining mohiyati, ularning rivojlanish bosqichlari hamda pedagogik jarayonda ushbu ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish usullari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, maqsadga yo‘naltirilgan pedagogik yondashuvlar orqali bolalarda self-regulation ko‘nikmalarini samarali rivojlantirish mumkin.
