Abstract

Data-driven decision-making (DDDM) has emerged as a critical approach for enhancing educational management and improving student outcomes. By leveraging student performance analytics, educational institutions can optimize teaching strategies, allocate resources efficiently, and implement targeted interventions. This article synthesizes findings from recent peer-reviewed studies, highlighting practical applications of DDDM in educational settings. The discussion addresses challenges in implementing data-driven systems, including data quality, privacy concerns, and institutional readiness, and offers strategies for effective integration in school and university management. The findings underscore the trans-formative potential of DDDM in creating more efficient, responsive, and equitable educational systems.
