Ushbu annotatsiya ovqatlanish psixologiyasi sohasining muhim jihatlariga, xususan stress, hissiy holat va noto'g'ri ovqatlanish o'rtasidagi murakkab bog'liqlikka bag'ishlangan. Zamonaviy jamiyatda ovqatlanish nafaqat fiziologik ehtiyoj, balki ko'pincha ruhiy va hissiy omillar ta'sirida murakkab xatti-harakatga aylanadi.
