Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan foydalangan holda robototexnika tizimlarining xavfsizligi va ishonchliligini oshirishning matematik modellari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda intellektual boshqaruv algoritmlarini yaratishda ehtimollik nazariyasi, optimallashtirish usullari hamda mashinaviy o‘rganish modellari qo‘llanishining samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, kutilmagan nosozliklarni prognozlash, xatoliklarni aniqlash va ularning oldini olish imkonini beruvchi matematik modellashtirish yondashuvlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Olingan natijalar robototexnika tizimlarining barqarorligini ta’minlash, inson–robot hamkorligida xavfsizlikni oshirish hamda amaliy sohalarda ishonchli ekspluatatsiyani tashkil etishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
